MOROCCO TRAVELOGUE

I had the most amazing time in Morocco in July 2021. I travelled with 2 other friends. I worked closely with Abdel to customize the perfect experience according to our specific requests which included a traveling photographer/videographer, anniversary surprise, hammam, hot air balloons—I mean the list goes on.

Abdel was completely responsive and helpful for the several weeks leading to the trip and even once we arrived.

I want to particularly give them a shoutout for their quick thinking during a really unexpected turn of events. My group flew Air Canada into Casablanca (I do not recommend) and they left our luggage in another city. Because we planned the trip to hit the first city the day we arrived, we had to stay in Casablanca to wait for our luggage. The team coordinated this on a whim, but we still tried to make the best of the rest of the trip.

I’ll book with Abdel again when I come to Marrakech for my birthday. My first trip to Morocco was incredible thanks to Abdel! After arriving to Morocco with a limited itinerary, Abdel was able to put together a day to day plan for my friend and I within a few hours, which included a private driver and tour guide for a week in every city we wanted to visit. Throughout the week, Abdel checked in with us to see how our trip was going, and to make sure we were having fun!

Our trip started off in Casablanca where we had the opportunity to visit a beautiful mosque. We then made our way up to the magical Chefchaouen “blue city” followed by Fez to visit a few castles. Midway through the week, we stopped in Merzouga and slept in Berber tents in the middle of the Sahara. The next stop was in Ouarzazate for some hiking in the Atlas Mountains, and to see popular film spots in “The Hollywood” of Morocco. Our trip ended in Marrakech where we spent some time in the YSL Museum, botanical gardens and popular town square learning about the Moroccan culture. I cannot wait to go back and would highly recommend Abdel to anyone looking for a magical Moroccan vacation!

In December, me and my wife to be decided to explore the Sahara desert that we heard so much about it. So much to see and very interesting.Our driver and guide Abdel, was great ,knowledgeable, and fun to be with and a very professional driver and guide.

The hotels were very nice–stayed in both hotels and riads and camps. The food was very great, plentiful and varied (sometimes too plentiful).

We always felt safe while traveling around the country and people everywhere were very friendly.

We would highly recommend it.
